Details of the Job/Internship
The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, invites applications for its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Internship Program.
Application Requirements:
- Updated Resume/CV.
- Statement of Purpose (maximum 500 words).
- Letter of Recommendation or NOC from the Head of the institution or from the nodal in charge for internship of the institute/College/University (for students/research scholars) Proof of current enrolment (if applicable).
Role and Responsibilities
- To provide practical exposure to IP administration.
- To enhance understanding of IP laws, rules, and procedures.
- To promote research in IPR in line with national policy objectives.
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in undergraduate/postgraduate programs in Law, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Research Scholars with interest in IPR.
- Young professionals seeking exposure to IPR frameworks.
