Details of the Job/Internship

 DigiLawyer.ai is inviting law students to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Restructure legal data from IPC, CRPC, and CPC into BNSS, BNS, and BSA formats for compliance.
• Research recent amendments, regulatory changes, and notable case laws to keep the team informed of any significant legal developments. 
• Conduct thorough research on various legal topics, providing insights and summaries to support decision-making.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, notices, and company policies. 
• Analyze and summarize relevant case law, statutes, and judicial opinions for preparation of a structured legal database. 
• Stay up-to-date on changes in corporate law and ensure the company’s ongoing compliance. Collaborate with the team to implement necessary updates in policies and practices.
• Conduct extensive legal research to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses. 
• Participate in testing and training the software, helping to refine response algorithms and ensure reliability.
• Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing blogs, articles, and guides on legal topics for internal and external audiences. 
• Organizing seminars, webinars, and podcasts on key legal issues and developments to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth. 
• Work with other departments on legal aspects when a requirement arises. 

Eligibility

• Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Knowledge of Law and Legal Issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Camera-friendly and basic knowledge of content creation.
• Ability to research and analyze legal information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal document drafting.
• Interest in technology and artificial intelligence in the legal field.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
