Details of the Job/Internship
DLS Law Offices is offering a 4-week legal internship for driven and diligent law students to gain hands-on exposure to diverse legal matters.
Internship Duration:
- Start Date: November 3rd, 2025.
- End Date: December 1st, 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with live matters across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property law.
- Draft agreements, assist in due diligence, and prepare research notes.
- Participate in internal discussions and observe case strategy development.
- Develop legal writing, analytical reasoning, and transaction structuring skills.
- Receive mentorship and structured feedback from experienced practitioners.
Eligibility
- Enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program.
- Minimum CGPA: 8.0/10 or equivalent percentile.
- At least two prior internships in reputed law firms or chambers dealing with corporate or commercial law.
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and drafting.
- Working understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, M&A documentation, or arbitration procedure preferred.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate work.
