Dugain Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, is hiring Legal Interns to join its team in New Delhi, India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memos, and case notes.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, petitions, and legal documents.
• Assist in preparing case files, submissions, and hearing materials.
• Track case law developments, amendments, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in discussions on case strategy and legal advisory.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely task updates.

Eligibility

• Law students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program (preferably 3rd year onwards).
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Good communication in English (Hindi knowledge preferred).
• Proficiency in SCC Online, Manupatra, and MS Office tools.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law, litigation, or insolvency is desirable.
