Details of the Job/Internship

 Enterslice is inviting law students to join their office in Noida for 3 months.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal reaserch on IPR law and NI Act .
• Assist in legal drafting documents including contracts, agreements and legal opinions .
• Prepare notices and responses to legal correspondence .
• Support the legal Intern in various day to day assignments .
• Attend and assist in legal meetings, hearings and Court proceedings .
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing BA LLB, or equivalent degree in Law .
• Strong interest and understanding of Intellectual Property Rights Law and Legal drafting .
• Excellent reaserch and analytical skills .
• Good communication and writing abilities .
• Ability to work independently and within a team .
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
