Enterslice is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough and accurate legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Case Management: Assist in managing case files, including organizing and maintaining documents, tracking case progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, briefs, memos, and other legal correspondence. Ensure documents are well-structured, clear, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Document Review: Analyze legal documents toidentify relevant information, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with legal standards.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (JD, LLB, or equivalent).
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in legal research, case management, and drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment tomaintaining confidentiality.
