Details of the Job/Internship

Enterslice is hiring Legal Intern to join their office in Online Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support ongoing projects and client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Work closely with the legal team on matters related to ROS (Registrar of Companies), compliance, and filing.
• Draft legal correspondence and reports for clients.
• Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and changes in the field.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and client interactions under the guidance of senior legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B).
• Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and compliance.
• Knowledge of International Law, ROS, compliance, and filing processes is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the legal industry.
