Equinox Consultancy Group is inviting law students to join their office Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on SEBI, RBI, and FEMA regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including compliance policies and regulatory submissions.
• Provide support in advising clients on regulatory matters related to capital markets.
• Monitor and analyze updates in capital markets regulations and prepare summaries for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with the legal team on projects involving corporate restructuring, IPOs, and cross-border investments.
• Support in client communication on regulatory and compliance issues.

Eligibility

• Interest and foundational knowledge in SEBI, RBI, and FEMA regulations.
• Pursuing a degree in law or related coursework with a focus on corporate and regulatory law.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Prior internship experience in a legal or regulatory advisory setting is a plus.
