eStatus Official is hiring a Legal Intern for a 93-day internship with an additional 6-day training period.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and prepare memos.
• Assist in discovery and litigation analysis.
• Support privacy and regulatory research projects.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and summaries.
• Update agreement templates and identify process improvements.
• Provide legal advice under supervision and support client-related matters.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining legal and patent documentation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Develop and track legal metrics.
• Perform other assigned legal and administrative duties.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate student in Law (Law college affiliation preferred).
• Interest in intellectual property, corporate governance, and contract law.
• Keen interest in brand protection and distribution business.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-reliant.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate actively in meetings and negotiations.
• Flexibility and initiative in handling assigned responsibilities.
• Externship or academic credit may be facilitated through law school.
