Details of the Job/Internship

EvaLex LLP is hiring remote interns for its 1-Year Internship Program (January 2025 Cohort) in two categories—Business Development and Contract Management. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Business Development Intern:
  • Conduct digital market research and lead generation.
  • Develop online proposals and client outreach campaigns.
  • Benchmark competitors and support business growth strategies.
• Contract Management Intern:
  • Draft and review contracts using cloud platforms.
  • Monitor compliance virtually and manage contract lifecycle.
  • Assist in dispute resolution documentation and processes.

Eligibility

• Business Development: Final-year students or fresh graduates (any stream).
• Contract Management: Final-year law students or law graduates.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
