Details of the Job/Internship
EverTrust Legal Law firm is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend and visit different courts and forums across Mumbai.
- Assist the team during court hearings.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft pleadings, correspondences, notices, agreements, etc.
- Assist the team in ancillary litigation processes.
- Aid in case preparation and organization for court proceedings.
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes.
- Assist with document review and management.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, counsels, etc.
- Read and comprehend case documents and prepare lists of dates and events.
