Details of the Job/Internship

Fashion TV is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing legal disputes by conducting legal research and preparing documents.
2. Draft responses to legal notices and assist in preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Analyze incoming legal documents to identify relevant legal issues and prepare summaries.
4. Support the Legal Disputes Manager in developing litigation strategies and managing case files.
5. Review and draft correspondence related to legal matters and disputes.
6. Collaborate with external counsel and assist in the discovery process as needed.
7. Participate in meetings and take notes, providing follow-up on action items.

Eligibility

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
2. Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
