J.S. Arora & Co. was founded in 1977 as a law firm specializing in tax matters. As time went on, the firm grew and grew in the area of tax laws. In 2022, they partnered with Gurkaran to become Gurcaran & Co. a full-service law firm with complete corporate solutions. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Gurcaran S. Arora is inviting applications to intern with them to assist Divya Badlani with General Corporate/M&A matters. 

• Post: Legal Intern
• Work: General Corporate/M&A matters
• Duration: 3 Months (Started from October 16, 2023 or as mutually agreed.)
• Mode: On-site, Noida
• Working Days: Monday to Friday(with the possible exception of a working Saturday when necessary)
• Stipend: Paid (Increments basis performance)

Note: Prior experience or internships with General Corporate/M&A teams is a requirement.
