Details of the Job/Internship

Harvard Business Publishing is hiring a Legal Intern for a 2–3 month assignment starting immediately to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on case law and precedents across jurisdictions, including the US and India.
• Research issues related to copyright, trademark, and media/publishing law.
• Analyze the legal impact of generative AI.
• Study developments related to the EU AI Act.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong interest in IP, TMT law, and publishing.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
