Details of the Job/Internship

Hashmi law Associates Private Limited is offering a paid law internship for ambitious and driven law students who seek practical legal experience in a professional setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, develop key legal skills, and gain hands-on exposure to various areas of law.

• Duration: 6 months.
• Mentorship from experienced lawyers and exposure to real legal practice.
• Hands-on training in litigation, corporate law, and legal advisory.
• A professional and structured learning environment.
• Certificate of completion upon successful completion of the internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and arbitration proceedings.
• Support senior lawyers in case preparation and legal analysis.
• Maintain legal documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Stay informed on legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge resources.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal writing and communication.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship on a full-time basis.
