Details of the Job/Internship
Heads Up For Tails is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to join them at their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support contract negotiations with franchisees, vendors, and partners.
- Draft and review NDAs, SLAs, lease & supply agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Assist in preparing legal notices and drafting responses.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Help develop and refine company policies, compliance manuals, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and case trackers.
- Contribute to compliance checks and internal audits.
- Provide general support to the legal team through presentations, trackers, and reports.
