Details of the Job/Internship
Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Legal Assistant Intern – CHS Redevelopment & Compliance for an on-site role in Navi Mumbai. The position offers hands-on exposure to property law and compliance in real estate redevelopment projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Development Agreements, MOUs, LOIs, Consent Letters, and Power of Attorney.
- Conduct legal research on RERA, MOFA, DCPR/UDCPR regulations, 79A certifications, and CHS legal frameworks.
- Support documentation, filing, and compliance procedures for redevelopment projects.
- Participate in society meetings, client briefings, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal legal advisors and external consultants to ensure regulatory alignment of submissions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree holders or final-year students.
- Basic understanding of Property Law, CHS Law, and Real Estate Regulations.
- Strong legal drafting, formatting, and correspondence skills.
- Competence in legal research and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Marathi preferred.
