Details of the Job/Internship
in2Law Academy is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, notices, and petitions for various judicial forums.
- Assist senior advocates in ongoing litigation matters before the Consumer Court, RERA, and the High Court.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analyze relevant case laws to support ongoing arguments.
- Participate in court visits to observe proceedings and assist in case management as required.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information for drafting and filings.
- Support the internal legal team in preparing case briefs and maintaining litigation records.
- Identify key procedural requirements for RERA and Consumer Commission filings to ensure compliance.
Eligibility
- Law students currently in their 3rd year or above (5-year course) or final year (3-year course).
- Demonstrated strong interest in litigation, legal research, and drafting.
- Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory for dedicated candidates.
- Must be available for an on-site working arrangement in Pune.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to summarize complex judicial precedents.
