Details of the Job/Internship

Invincible Ocean Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Legal & Compliance team at their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents.
• Assist in conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in compliance checks and implementation of internal policies.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments for contracts and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining legal records, trackers, and documentation systems.
• Assist the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day operational tasks.

Eligibility

• Final-year LLB students or recent LLB graduates.
• Strong research and drafting abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Prior exposure to corporate law or compliance (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹10,000.
