Details of the Job/Internship
Jar is hiring a Legal Intern in Bengaluru for a 3-month internship. Candidates must have a BA, LLB degree with experience and/or interest in the FinTech industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDA’s, MSA’s, Service Level Agreements, Addendums and other agreements as per the business requirement.
- Coordinating with internal teams for SOP’s, Internal policies, maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders may be necessary to ensure compliance for the organization.
Eligibility
- BA, LLb with experience and/or interest in the FinTech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Basic Knowhow regarding laws related to fintech laws, intellectual property law, corporate laws, and financial services is desirable.
