Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting Case Law Analysis: Research and analyze relevant case laws, judicial decisions, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases and projects
- Statutory Interpretation: Review and interpret various statutes, regulations, and legal provisions pertinent to the matters at hand
- Preparing Research Memos: Compile and present findings in well-organized research memorandums
- Reviewing and drafting agreements.
