Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring Legal Interns to join their office in Bengaluru for 1 month.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LLB / Law degree course from any recognised law schools.
• Indian students who are pursuing studies in the II and III year of the three- year degree and in the IV and V year of the five-year degree.
• Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office, infographics, adobe etc.) will be preferred.
• Well versed with basic knowledge of law but not limited to CPC, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, procedural knowledge HC/SC.Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively use research tools to support the team (Manupatra, SCC online).
• Good understanding of legal subjects and ability to build on this knowledge.
• Ability to analyse facts and laws and strategically present them to the team.Multi-tasking skills.
