Lawgical Media was founded by Pria Dave Thakkar, specializing in all kinds of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) registration and prosecution, All contracts and agreements in the media and entertainment industry such as Artist Agreements, Director Agreement, DOP, HMU, Art Director, Writer, technicians and all other cast and crew involved in web-series/ TV series/ Cinematograph film.
Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking interns to join our office in Mumbai who are interested in Intellectual Property & Entertainment Laws for 2 months, starting from December 2024.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends and legal issues in the entertainment and IP law landscape.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to the development of legal templates and guidelines.
- Collaborate on creating engaging and informative legal training materials.
Eligibility
- Law students with a keen interest in media and entertainment law.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
