Details of the Job/Internship

LeadSquared is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory developments, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, IT Act) and industry-specific compliance.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation, templates, and internal databases.
• Support in preparing legal summaries, memos, opinions, and internal presentations.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, finance) to ensure legal compliance in business processes.
• Assist in tracking contract lifecycles, compliance activities, and audit documentation.

Eligibility

• Final-year law student or recent graduate (LL.B. or integrated course).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent legal research and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Available for a full-time, Monday–Friday internship, starting immediately.
