Legal Draftsmen is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documents, with a particular focus on the Transfer of Property Act and the Hindu Succession Act.
• You will be assisting in the preparation of legal drafts and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an LLB (Second-Year Students in a 3 year Degree Course) (3/4th Year Students in a 5 year Degree Course)
• Strong research and legal writing/drafting skills, particularly in the areas of property and succession law.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of legal drafting and legal procedures related to the Transfer of Property Act and Hindu Succession Act.
• Previous internship or exposure to legal drafting is mandatory.
