Details of the Job/Internship

Lemonn is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the review and preparation of contracts, leases, real estate documents, and other legal papers of a routine nature.
• Research and regulatory update w.r.t the case laws by SEBI and SAT etc.
• Contract repository creation and ISO audit support indian cybercrime coordination centre - data collation w.r.t responding to law enforcement on the i4c website.
• Performs research and analysis of routine problems and issues..
• Prepares correspondence related to work.
• Research relevant statutes, rulings and precedents to be used as a basis for answering requests for legal opinions of a routine or limited scope.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, training modules, and legal summaries.
• Perform general administrative duties (i.e. record keeping, opening and closing files, organizing mail, filing, preparing mailings, memorandums, etc.)
