Details of the Job/Internship

Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

1.  MIS Population: Data entry and updating records in the MIS system
2.  Legal Cost Sheet Updates: Entering cost data and ensuring accuracy by verifying against invoices and documents
3. Printing, Scanning, and Digital Signatures: Preparing documents, printing, binding, scanning, applying digital signatures, and managing file organization
4. General Administrative Support: Communicating with other departments, record-keeping, equipment maintenance, and handling ad-hoc tasks
5. Reporting and Feedback: Reporting progress to supervisors and providing feedback on process efficiency
