Details of the Job/Internship
MedsCred is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting research on laws, legal precedents, regulations, and case law.
- Analyzing and summarizing relevant legal findings for use in legal documents and briefs.
- Assisting in drafting legal memos, briefs, contracts, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Interacting with clients and understanding their legal needs.
- Organizing legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Taking notes during meetings or court hearings and assisting in managing the firm's day-to-day operations.
- Assisting with compliance efforts.
- Participating in due diligence processes by reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
- Assisting in the verification of facts and gathering relevant information.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a degree in law (LLB/LLM).
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
