Details of the Job/Internship
Midas Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
Office Work (3 Days per Week):
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
- Draft legal notices, petitions, replies, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist in case preparation and documentation.
- Organise case files and maintain records.
- Assist in client meetings and prepare briefings.
Court Work (2 Days per Week):
- Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates during proceedings.
- File cases and related documentation.
- Visit courts for case status updates and procedural tasks.
- Observe arguments and assist in litigation strategy.
Eligibility
- Final year law students (Batch 2026 and 2027).
- Students must be enrolled in one of the following institutions:
- Apeejay Stya University – School of Legal Studies.
- GD Goenka University – School of Law.
- Sushant University – School of Law.
- Manav Rachna University – School of Law.
- BML Munjal University – School of Law.
- The NorthCap University – School of Law.
- K.R. Mangalam University – School of Legal Studies.
- Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies – Department of Law.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of procedural laws.
- Professional communication skills.
- Punctuality and commitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
