Millennium Babycares Limited is hiring for the position of Legal and Company Secretary Intern to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Functions:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements (MOUs, NDAs), and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on corporate, commercial, labor, and intellectual property laws.
- Help manage litigation matters, legal notices, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
- Support legal record-keeping and database management.
Company Secretarial Functions:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Help draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, including those for members, directors, and share transfers.
- Gain exposure to annual filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and ROC compliance.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing LL.B. or Company Secretary (Executive/Professional) course.
- Sound knowledge of corporate and contract law, and company secretarial procedures.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
