Mission Accessibility is an initiative aimed at progressively dismantling the barriers faced by persons with disabilities in accessing apps and websites in India. They share the conviction that digital accessibility is a right that every person with a disability in India must be able to enjoy. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Mission Accessibility is currently looking for a paid intern to join their team. The internship will start on November 1st, but they will be accepting applications for the months following November due to the high volume of applicants.

Although the internship is mostly remote, candidates who are based in New Delhi and can attend court proceedings 1-2 times a week will be given preference. However, this is not the only factor that will be taken into consideration during the selection process.

Duration: full-time, approximately 30-40 hours per week. 

Role and Responsibilities

The position involves assisting with strategic litigation and legal research tasks. Additionally, the intern will handle communication tasks like drafting emails, scheduling meetings, managing social media, and creating promotional materials.

Eligibility

Ideal candidates should be in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program, or their 2nd or 3rd year for a 3-year law course.
