Details of the Job/Internship

NexPeak Law Firm is inviting law students to intern with them at their office in the following location in hybrid mode: 

• Delhi
• Mumbai
• Haryana
• Rajasthan
• Uttar Pradesh

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and compliance reports.
• Support the team in corporate compliance filings and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and take notes for follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members on various legal projects.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to enhance knowledge and contribution.
