Details of the Job/Internship
Nextyn is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern to support its team in document reviews, compliance checks, and transcript analysis for a new product.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing legal documents, agreements, and internal policies.
- Conduct compliance checks in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Review transcripts, communication data, and product-related content for legal or compliance risks.
- Support drafting and updating legal templates, disclaimers, terms and conditions, and SOPs.
- Maintain organised documentation with proper version control.
- Research regulatory frameworks, risk areas, data privacy guidelines, and legal standards.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB, BLS LLB, BA LLB, or an equivalent law degree.
- Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify legal and compliance risks.
- Understanding of basic legal concepts, including contracts, confidentiality, and data privacy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Strong research skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with digital tools, transcription platforms, and document management systems.
