Details of the Job/Internship

Ninjacart's Legal Team is inviting law students to intern with them at their Bengaluru office and further advance their mission of delivering exceptional legal support.

About Legal Team

At Ninjacart, legal integrity and protection are paramount. As part of the legal team, they serve as the guardians of Ninjacart's legal interests and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. They represent the legal voice of Ninjacart, collaborating closely with all departments including Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and others, to uphold legal compliance and mitigate risks throughout the company's operations. They are committed to doubling down on their efforts to safeguard Ninjacart's legal standing and amplify its successes. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting the Legal team in Contract Drafting.
• Legal Documentation
• Assisting on other Legal matters as and when required.
• Legal vetting and drafting of ecommerce, lending and trade contracts.
• Legal research on regulatory issues.
• Litigation support
• Internal stakeholder management and book keeping.
