Details of the Job/Internship

Nucleus Office Parks is inviting law students to intern with them at their Mumbai office for 3 months.

Project Objectives:

The interns are being hired is to meet the requirement of continuous research on new local laws impacting our assets and business. Additionally, document management and internal tracking of the huge documentation and the regular contracts work for the portfolio including leasing contracts, and general corporate contracts.

Learning Outcomes:

• The intern will gain knowledge in Real Estate laws relating to AMC business.
• The intern will get exposure to practical aspects of commercial leasing documentation.
• The intern will get exposure to M&A aspects of the business.

Role and Responsibilities

• The intern will do legal research on real estate laws, registration compliances' etc.
• The intern will work on document tracking of day-to-day contracts and management
• The intern will work on internal trackers for smooth inter-departmental functioning to reduce the work deliverable timelines.

Eligibility

Educational: BA LLB (Hons) - Under Graduate (preferably 3rd or 5th year student)

Skills Required:

• Good Research skills
• Drafting skills
• Communication skills

Salary/Stipend

Contingent of performance payable at end of the internship.
