Details of the Job/Internship

OpsTree is on the hunt for an immediate joiner, someone who's as sharp as a tack when it comes to the Contract Act and possesses impeccable communication skills. The person should be dedicated, a hard worker, and should have attention to detail. He/she should be willing to commit for a long term with the organisation.

Role and Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Work on reviewing agreements
• Work on drafting agreements
• Work on drafting the statement of works
• Maintain the summary of agreements
• Work on drafting policies
• Work on preparing checklists and following them
• Work on renewal management support
• Work on legal writing and research
• Work on Corporate Insurance
• Work on Background Verifications

Eligibility

• The candidate should have a good knowledge of the Indian Contract Act (mandatory)
• OpsTree is seeking a recent law graduate from either the 2022 or 2023 batch to join our company as a legal intern
• The candidate should have successfully completed their LLB.
• It is expected that the candidate will commit a sincere effort of 9 hours per day from 10 AM to 7 PM, 5 days a week to their responsibilities within the company.
• This opportunity can be converted into a full-time employment opportunity, based on the performance of the candidate during the internship period. The salary will be negotiable at the time of joining as an employee.
