Details of the Job/Internship

Orington & Partners is inviting law students to join their office in Gurugram for 3 months. A Legal Intern to assist with various tasks including legal research, paperwork management, project support for the seniors, participation in client discussions, and gaining exposure to daily operationsin the legal field.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting and editing contract templates.
• Conducting client meetings and legal research as required, and supporting smaller projects as assigned by seniors.
• Drafting, vetting and development of standard formsof contracts such as engagement letters, consulting agreements, NDA etc.
• Organizing legal memoranda and client correspondence.
• Creating retainer agreements, contact letters, and various client publications and hand outs.
• Conducting client intake and participating in client interactions.
