Details of the Job/Internship

Pathway Counsel is hiring a Legal Intern with experience in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of law school to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive legal research across various statutes, case laws, and policy frameworks.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and formal legal opinions.
• Prepare comprehensive case notes and summaries for upcoming court hearings and client briefings.
• Assist with policy analysis regarding emerging regulatory issues.
• Support the legal team in handling significant challenges in Technology and Data Privacy Law.

Eligibility

• Law student currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study.
• Demonstrated passion for Data Privacy, Constitutional Law, or Civil/Commercial Litigation.
• Strong research and analytical skills relevant to statutory and case law.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and summarizing complex case details.
• Availability for a minimum duration of 4 weeks.
