PaySprint is a fintech venture focused on next-gen neo banking solutions, offering a unified open API platform. PaySprint works closely with various banks to bring in digital banking solutions to the end consumer. Banks will continue to be the custodian of the customer and of the various banking products and services, while PaySprint will create larger consumer adoption, interface and delight.
India is expected to be a 10 trillion dollar economy in a few years and banking & fintech are going to play a big role in achieving them. Fintech like us have taken the opportunity in 2020 to launch and implement various innovations for consumer growth. This in turn has led to a stronger partnership between the banking ecosystem and the Fintech's.
Details of the Job/Internship
PaySprint Private Limited is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the fintech industry, including regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and emerging legal trends.
- Contract Review: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Compliance Support: Help ensure company practices comply with applicable laws and regulations by supporting compliance-related tasks and documentation.
- Document Preparation: Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and other documentation as required by the legal team.
- Case Management: Assist with case management and legal proceedings, including organizing files and preparing case summaries.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
