Pirgal Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bangalore. The role offers an opportunity to learn under experienced legal professionals, gain exposure to property law and income tax matters, and develop foundational legal skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal counsel and support on property-related matters.
- Participate in drafting, reviewing, and refining real estate contracts and agreements.
- Observe and learn from the management of property disputes.
- Conduct supervised legal research on income tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including responses and appeals, under guidance.
- Shadow legal professionals during court proceedings to learn advocacy skills.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Undertake legal research to support ongoing cases and provide insights to the legal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer legal support.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry best practices.
