Details of the Job/Internship

Pro Nature Organic Foods Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to support research, compliance, and corporate governance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research on food safety, labeling, IP, and regulatory laws (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, etc.).
• Assist with contract drafting, trademarks, and litigation tracking.
• Support secretarial functions under Companies Act (ROC filings, minutes, registers).
• Maintain policy documents (POSH, ethics, governance).

Eligibility

• Pursuing LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B / CS (Exec/Prof).
• Strong in research, communication & MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Interest in food laws, IP, and corporate compliance.
