RackBank® DataCenters Pvt. Ltd. is offering an on-site legal internship opportunity for law students or recent graduates.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and analysis related to corporate, contract, and data privacy laws.
• Support drafting and review of contracts and legal documentation.
• Assist with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and notes.
• Work under guidance while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB or LLM.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and IT or data privacy regulations.
• Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
