Details of the Job/Internship

RAS Media & Entertainment Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Law/Legal intern to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts related to talent agreements, licensing agreements, and more.
•  Conduct legal research on industry regulations and best practices.
• Provide support on intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Assist with compliance efforts and ensure that the company is following all legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the legal team on litigation matters and other legal disputes.
•  Attend meetings and hearings with attorneys to gain real-world legal experience.
•  Assist with other legal-related tasks and projects as needed.
