Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for online interns in the Legal Department at their company's Guwahati office.
Role and Responsibilities
The work performance includes:
- Drafting of various contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements etc.
- Proofreading various Agreements.
- Contract extraction
- Judgment research on various applicable laws and statutes.
- Research on Real-estate laws.
- Preparing briefs of various Judgments, SOC, Applications, Suit, Writ Petition, SLPs etc.
Eligibility
Candidates Pursuing BBA LLB or BA LLB or LLB.
