Details of the Job/Internship
Settleloans™ is hiring Legal Interns to join their office in Gurugram for 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Review loan files and documentation for accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Help in drafting and proofreading correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and preparing summaries.
- Aid in maintaining and organizing legal files and databases.
- Research and provide support in analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations.
