Settlement Loans is hiring a Legal Intern for a remote role based in Pune/Mumbai. The last date to apply is 2nd April 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
- Interaction with clients directly, discussion with clients on call.
- Assist in preparing case and legal opinions.
- Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
Eligibility
- Pursuing LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
