Details of the Job/Internship

SIRI Law LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare contracts, pleadings, and legal documentation under supervision.
• Assist in meetings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Support corporate transactions, compliance tasks, and litigation matters.
• Participate in internal training sessions and firm initiatives.

Eligibility

• Final-year law students or recent graduates (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Interest in corporate law, technology law, or dispute resolution is desirable.
