Details of the Job/Internship
SIRI Law LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Remote.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation.
- Provide research support on a wide range of legal issues.
- Assist with the preparation of compliance documentation.
- Contribute to legal consulting activities and support cybersecurity-related legal matters.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and clients.
- Support regulatory and litigation tasks as required by the firm.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field.
- Possesses a strong foundational knowledge of Law and various Legal Issues.
- Demonstrates the ability or experience to handle Legal Document Preparation and Consulting.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Displays analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with compliance-related or cybersecurity legal work is considered a plus.
