Details of the Job/Internship

Spark Legal is hiring Legal Interns with experience of current law students to join their team for a remote internship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research related to M&A regulations and PE/VC investment structures.
• Support the team in reviewing and organizing documents for due diligence processes.
• Track regulatory updates from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI.
• Prepare case summaries and briefing notes for ongoing general corporate matters.
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction checklists and status reports.
• Participate in internal team discussions regarding deal structuring and compliance.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a law degree (3-year or 5-year LL.B. course).
• Strong academic interest in Corporate Law, M&A, and PE/VC.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases and digital collaboration tools.
