SRB-OJAS, Pune, is looking for dedicated legal interns for a paid internship focused on contract drafting, legal research, and document structuring. Number of positions: 5.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ideal for law students and recent graduates aspiring to build a career in contract drafting and legal writing.
• Gain hands-on experience in contract structuring, standardization, and research methodologies.
• Work with real-world contracts, clause repositories, and legal research.
• Receive practical training in contract drafting under expert guidance.
• Enhance legal language proficiency and drafting skills through live projects.

Eligibility

• Law students or recent graduates with a strong interest in contract drafting and legal structuring.
• Preference will be given to final-year students or those with certifications in contract drafting.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, legal research databases, and document management tools.
• Interest in commercial contracts, legal drafting, business communications, and contractual risk assessment.
